Questions about 1-on-1 training

How does a 1-on-1 training work? +

After your inquiry, we briefly discuss what you want to learn and where you currently stand. The quote records the agreed topics, duration, preparation and price. At the agreed time, we meet via Zoom or Teams, share screens and work on those topics. Additional topics or later support are agreed separately.

How long does a training session last? +

It depends on your topics — typically between 2 and 4 hours. We discuss the duration upfront so you can plan ahead.

What does a 1-on-1 training cost? +

The price depends on the scope and duration. After the intro call, your company receives a transparent quote with a net price plus statutory VAT. Recording, additional participants and later support are included only when expressly stated in the quote.

Can I record the session? +

Recording is not included by default. If agreed before the appointment, the training can be recorded in Microsoft Teams for an additional fee and is generally made available for seven days. All participants must consent to the recording. The price and exact delivery method are confirmed in advance.

Which video conferencing tool is used? +

Zoom or Microsoft Teams — whichever works better for you. Both options are free to use.

Do you train international clients? +

Yes. Sessions are held in English on request and scheduled flexibly to fit different time zones. Training is delivered remotely, so location doesn't matter — only a stable internet connection.

What do I need for the session? +

A computer with SEMA installed, an internet connection, and a headset (or speakers + microphone). A second monitor helps with screen sharing but is not required.
