Booking FAQ

What happens after I book? +
You'll instantly receive an automated confirmation email with the Zoom link. I'll also send a short reminder at the latest one day before the session.
Can I reschedule or cancel? +
Yes — directly via the link in the confirmation email. Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance.
What tool do I need for the video call? +
Zoom or Microsoft Teams — whichever you prefer. The link is sent automatically with the booking confirmation. No account needed, your browser is enough.
When do training sessions take place? +
Training sessions run Monday to Friday, 08:00–18:00 CET. Sessions outside these hours are possible by arrangement — just ask via the contact form.
Do you work with clients in other time zones? +
Yes. If you're outside Central European Time, just mention your timezone in the booking note and we'll find a slot that works for both of us.
